Job summary

MixWork is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to design and manage multi-site network topology, VLAN segmentation, and Azure AD/M365 services. You will also own BCM/DR planning and coordinate with Singapore IT for cross-border deployments, ensuring secure, documented configurations. Hybrid work in Jakarta area preferred.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise IT, strong networking and cloud skills, and English communication proficiency for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure or network engineering roles, with multi-site experience.
• Experience with enterprise networking: switching, routing, VLAN segmentation, VPN, firewall coordination.
• Hands-on Azure AD/Entra ID and Microsoft 365 admin experience.
• Experience owning BCM/DR programmes including planning, testing, and post-test actions.
• Experience with enterprise backup solutions and restore validation.
• Strong written and spoken English for coordination with Singapore team and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own client’s network design and VLAN architecture across all sites; review topology and recommend changes.
• Maintain network documentation including topologies, VLAN registers, IPAM, and config standards.
• Coordinate with Singapore IT Infrastructure & Support for physical network implementation and validate changes.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity & Compliance to ensure segmentation and security policy alignment.
• Support new store infrastructure delivery; scope network requirements and coordinate rollout.
