Job summary

MixWork Pte. Ltd. in Jakarta seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to lead multi-site network design and cloud Identity management. You will own VLAN design, BCM/DR planning, and multi-cloud integration across on‑prem and cloud environments, coordinating with Singapore teams.

The role requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure, strong Azure AD/Microsoft 365 expertise, and hands-on experience with Terraform or Bicep, Veeam backups, and network security policy alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure or network engineering roles with multi-site experience.
• Hands-on in VLAN design, segmentation, VPN, and firewall coordination.
• Experience administering Azure AD (Entra ID) and Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience leading BCM/DR programmes including testing and remediation.
• Knowledge of backup solutions and restore validation processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English for cross-border coordination.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience in CS/IT.

Responsibilities

• Own client’s network design and VLAN architecture across retail and HQ sites; review topology and propose improvements.
• Maintain topology diagrams, IPAM, and configuration standards; ensure documentation is up to date.
• Coordinate with Singapore IT Infrastructure & Support for physical network implementation and validation against design.
• Work with Cybersecurity & Compliance to ensure security policies align with network changes.
• Support store infrastructure delivery: scope network requirements and coordinate rollout with IT teams.
