Job summary

The role requires a 4–6 year track record in IT BA, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, business admin, or related field.
• 4–6 years IT Business Analysis or related experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Familiar with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Experience with BI or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Manufacturing industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
