Job summary

PT Mattel Indonesia is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to understand and document business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and partner with developers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver solutions in our Bekasi operations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in IT or related field, 4–6 years in IT analysis, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies; BI tooling like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

Job Description

• Partner with business teams to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Support system implementation, testing, user acceptance, and deployment.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and cross-functional communication.
• Lead or support IT enhancement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in IT Business Analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Familiar with project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
