Job summary

Mattel Asia Pacific is seeking an IT Business Analyst to partner with business teams, documenting requirements and translating them into technical solutions. You will collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders, supporting system implementation, testing, UAT, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in IT Business Analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Familiar with project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities
