Job summary

PT Coats Rejo Indonesia seeks an Internal Control Manager to strengthen the control environment across its Bogor plant, ensuring DOA compliance and timely regulatory reporting. You will partner with Group teams to identify gaps, mitigate risks, and promote accountability.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in internal control, strong ERP/SAP experience, and excellent stakeholder management. English fluency is required; manufacturing background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in internal control, finance, risk, compliance or audit in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, governance, and risk management principles.
• Good understanding of financial processes, accounting controls, and audit methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP and SAP GRC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the annual Key Control Framework (KCF) testing cycle with Group Business Control requirements and timelines.
• Assign process owners and control managers; provide training on objectives, testing, and documentation standards.
• Ensure all control assessments are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Facilitate control self-assessments by process owners.
• Identify control deficiencies, risks, and compliance gaps; drive corrective actions.
