Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking an Internal Audit Supervisor for a manufacturing setting in Cikarang. The role involves planning and executing internal audits, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and policies.

You will interact with HQ IA and other departments to drive process improvements. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years in manufacturing internal audit, strong root cause analysis, risk management, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• At least 2 years of working experience as Internal Audit in Manufacturing Company.
• Experience in internal audit operation, setting up internal audit work plan and process improvement.
• Ability in root cause analysis, risk management, risk assessment and process improvement.
• Able to communicate in English at business level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan internal audit operations and process audit activities.
• Design work plan activities for internal audit according to company strategy and policy.
• Plan activities according to internal audit program or task (SOP, Process, Project) based on business plan.
• Set timeline for each work, task, or project activity related to internal audit operation and process audit based on business plan.
• Conduct compliance checks based on standard process and policy.
• Provide recommendations for improvement based on audit findings.
• Communicate and work with related departments and HQ IA team to achieve activity targets.
• Ensure compliance assurance on Standard Operation and Procedure.
• Report to Top Management according to responsible work and audit findings.
