Job summary

PT. Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager based in Kendal Regency, Central Java, to drive audit excellence across manufacturing operations and quality control.

You will lead the audit team, ensure robust internal controls, and liaise with external auditors and regulators to maintain compliance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, a CIA or equivalent certification, at least 5 years in internal audit or risk management within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (law, business, industrial engineering, accounting)
• CIA or equivalent internal auditing qualification
• Minimum 5 years in internal audit, quality assurance or risk management within manufacturing
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and related quality management systems

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain internal audit plans aligned with regulatory requirements
• Audit manufacturing operations, quality assurance processes and internal control systems
• Lead and supervise the internal audit team with guidance and performance management
• Identify audit findings and non-conformances; document in audit reports
• Assess effectiveness of quality assurance controls and recommend improvements
• Coordinate CAPA actions and monitor implementation; liaise with external auditors and regulators
• Prepare audit documentation and present findings to senior management
