Job summary

Korindo Group seeks an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead field audits across branches, sites, outlets, and warehouses in Jakarta. You will conduct walkthroughs, interviews, and document reviews to map current processes and controls.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in internal audit management, with strong ERP SAP experience, fraud investigation skills, and a track record of strengthening controls. This full-time role is on-site at our Jakarta offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/management/business or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Internal Audit Manager.
• Strong experience in operational, field and business process audit.
• Experience identifying internal control weaknesses and operational risks.
• Experience with fraud detection, investigation or forensic reviews.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP).
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CFE, QIA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead fields audits across branches, sites, outlets, warehouses, and operational units.
• Conduct walkthroughs, observations, interviews, and document reviews to understand actual business processes.
• Perform operational and business process audits and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Assess compliance with company policies and established procedures.
• Conduct investigations into potential fraud, irregularities, or control violations and analyze transactions and evidence.
• Perform root cause analysis, assess risk impact, and develop practical recommendations.
• Review audit working papers and reports, ensure findings are well supported, and present key issues to management.
• Lead the audit team and monitor progress, quality, timelines, and follow-up actions.
