Lamb Weston, Inc. is seeking a Sr Internal Auditor to lead financial, operational, and compliance reviews from our Eagle, ID campus with a hybrid work arrangement. The role emphasizes risk-based auditing, data analytics, and clear communication of results to management.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years of audit experience, CPA/CIA progression, and strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX and COSO 2013. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or IT preferred.
• Master's of Business Administration is a plus.
• 3+ years professional audit experience.
• CPA and/or CIA certifications, or progress towards them, preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, COSO 2013, PCAOB and IIA standards.
• Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders and manage projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsabilités

• Lead all phases of internal audits including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Develop a risk-based audit program through interviews, research and data analytics.
• Analyze data to identify insights, risks and support conclusions.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations for management.
• Communicate results to stakeholders and coordinate remediation with management.
• Participate in the SOX program and assess internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve controls and efficiency.
• Contribute to ERM assessment and interact with leadership.
• Develop and mentor associate team members.
• Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and clear objectives.
