Lamb Weston is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support the North America National Accounts organization. This role partners with Sales and cross-functional teams to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights for key commercial decisions.

The Senior Financial Analyst will lead monthly forecasting, period-end reporting, annual planning, and customer profitability analysis, building financial models that enable data-driven decisions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, analytics, FP&A, or related functions.

Job Description Summary

Lamb Weston is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support the North America National Accounts organization. This role will serve as a key finance partner to Sales and cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support key commercial decisions. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a lead role in monthly forecasting, period-end reporting and analysis, annual planning, customer profitability analysis, and the development of financial models that enhance decision-making. The successful candidate will leverage strong analytical capabilities, effective communication skills, and commercial business acumen to translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations for business partners.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the key financial, operational, and commercial drivers impacting the National Accounts business
• Lead month‑end close activities, including reporting, variance analysis, and communication of key financial and business performance drivers
• Proactively identify, quantify, and communicate risks and opportunities in a timely manner, providing actionable recommendations to support business objectives
• Provide specific, actionable, and forward‑looking commentary and recommendations to support monthly forecasting processes
• Perform SG&A, trade investment, customer profitability, and related performance analysis
• Play a key role in the development of the annual operating plan and strategic planning processes
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and perform analysis to support commercial initiatives, product development, customer analysis, pricing strategies, and other business opportunities
• Partner with Sales and cross‑functional teams to provide insights and recommendations that drive profitable growth and improve financial performance
• Drive the development and enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, and processes to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and business visibility
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and support to Finance, Sales, and other business stakeholders

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

• Education/Experience :
• Bachelor's degree required, in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, analytics, FP&A, or related business functions

Skills

• Knowledge of P&L management and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Demonstrated ability to independently analyze and synthesize complex data into meaningful financial insights and recommendations
• Ability to present complex financial information through reports, dashboards, and visualizations to both financial and non‑financial audiences, including senior leaders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate recommendations clearly and build alignment across functions
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify business drivers and develop actionable recommendations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and visualization tools preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead projects, and work independently with limited supervision in a fast‑paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions to solve business challenges and support decision‑making
• Self‑motivated with the ability to adapt to ambiguity, changing priorities, and evolving business needs
