Lamb Weston in Eagle, ID seeks a Sr Manager Finance, ZBB and Entity Cost Reporting to lead ZBB, entity cost reporting, and global SG&A planning. You’ll drive planning, cost allocations, and reporting governance across finance and corporate functions.

You will partner with Technology, HR, Legal, and Procurement to analyze SG&A and coordinate salary planning, ensuring accuracy and timely insights for leadership decisions.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or related experience in corporate cost management.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional financial processes and influencing partners.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, cost allocation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of SAP profitability and cost allocation; CO-PA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leads ZBB process and budget/forecast for assigned corporate and entity cost areas.
• Partners with HR, IT, Legal, Procurement to analyze SG&A expenses.
• Oversees CO-PA allocations; reviews logic, results, variances, actions.
• Coordinates salary planning and headcount forecasting with HR/Finance.
• Prepares weekly Supply Chain financial reports and explains variances.
• Maintains SOX controls for FP&A systems and access governance.
• Drives process improvements and cross-functional alignment.
