Lamb Weston is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support the North America National Accounts organization. This role partners with Sales and cross-functional teams to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights for key commercial decisions.

The Senior Financial Analyst will lead monthly forecasting, period-end reporting, annual planning, and customer profitability analysis, building financial models that enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, analytics, FP&A, or related functions.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain understanding of key financial, operational, and commercial drivers impacting National Accounts.
• Lead month-end close activities, including reporting, variance analysis, and communication of key financial performance drivers.
• Identify, quantify, and communicate risks and opportunities with actionable recommendations.
• Provide commentary to support monthly forecasting processes.
• Perform SG&A, trade investments, customer profitability, and related analyses.
• Contribute to the annual operating plan and strategic planning processes.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for commercial initiatives and pricing strategies.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth.
• Enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and processes to improve data accuracy and visibility.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to Finance and Sales.
