PT FWD Insurance Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Internal Audit professional to support the Head of Internal Audit in risk assessment and annual planning. You will lead audits, review findings, and propose remedial actions while collaborating with management.

The role requires at least 5 years of audit experience, preferably in insurance/financial services, with Big 4 exposure. Excellent communication in Indonesian and English is desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in audit.
• Preferably have working experience in insurance and/or financial industry.
• Preferably have working experience in the Big 4 audit firms.

Responsabilités

• Support Head of Internal Audit in annual risk assessment and planning.
• Lead and execute audits, review reports and remedial actions.
• Prepare Audit Committee reports and manage stakeholder communication.
• Promote Internal Audit culture and coach junior staff.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and regulatory standards.
