Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in internal audit from FMCG Manufacturing & Sales/Distribution company.
• Strong understanding of internal control, risk management, and compliance systems, with excellent data analysis, communication, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the annual internal audit plan, including operational, financial, and compliance audits.
• Identify key risk areas, evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, prepare audit reports, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions to ensure timely closure of identified issues.
• Guide and manage audit team members while continuously optimizing audit processes and methodologies.
• Support management in process optimization, risk control, and corporate governance initiatives.
