Job summary

FWD Group is seeking an Internal Audit Manager in Jakarta to lead risk-based audits across operations, ensuring governance and reliability of reporting. You will supervise audit projects, provide actionable recommendations, and collaborate with management to strengthen controls within the insurance business in Indonesia.

The role requires strong technical audit knowledge, leadership capabilities, and fluency in English/Indonesian, facilitating communication with local and group stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in audit.
• Preferably have working experience in insurance and/or financial industry; preferably Big 4 audit firms.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Internal Audit in annual risk assessment and planning.
• Plan, lead and execute audits evaluating control design and effectiveness.
• Prepare audit reports and present issues to management and Audit Committee.
• Follow up on outstanding audit issues and monitor remediation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with management and cross-functional teams.
• Assist coaching and development of junior staff.
