Manulife John Hancock seeks Head of Audit Services Indonesia to plan and direct a team delivering high-quality, risk-based audit services across Asia. You will lead multi-country audits, assess control environments, and present actionable findings to senior management and the board.

The role requires 14+ years in internal audit, strong leadership, and excellent communication in Bahasa and English. You will manage budgets and drive continuous improvement in audit processes within a global group.

Qualifications

• 14+ years in internal audit across life insurance, pension, asset management or shariah business.
• Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, control frameworks and risk management techniques.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa and English; able to handle conflicts.

Responsabilités

• Plan and lead audits for assigned areas/countries including regional and group-wide audits.
• Assess risk management and internal controls; present findings and recommendations.
• Prepare audit reports, updates, and budget presentations to Audit Committee.
• Coach team members and manage performance; ensure timely audit issue closure.
• Own stakeholder relationships and provide consulting to management.
