Cermati Fintech Group seeks an experienced Internal Audit professional to strengthen our risk and controls framework in Indonesia. You will lead end-to-end audit activities across the head office and operations, and support audits from regulators, partners, and investors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal audit or risk and controls.
• Experience in fintech or financial institutions.
• Strong organizational skills and resilience.
• Excellent end-to-end understanding of audit processes.
• Clear communication and stakeholder influence.
• Knowledge of corporate compliance and governance.
• CIA or CISA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the audit framework plan.
• Ensure timely completion of audits per standards.
• Manage misconduct cases and remediation actions.
• Collaborate with diverse businesses to improve compliance.
• Support regulator, partner, and investor audit activities.
• Prepare periodic reports for senior management.
