Dexa Group is seeking a visionary Senior Insurance Product Manager to lead product development and innovation in a fully remote environment. You will define the product roadmap, drive strategy for new insurance offerings, and manage the lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.

This senior role requires deep industry knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate across Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, and Sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on the insurance industry.
• Proven track record of launching and managing insurance products.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap for the insurance portfolio, aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new product opportunities.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications for new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, and Sales throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on products to improve outcomes.
