Dexa Group is seeking a driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote our innovative products to healthcare professionals across Indonesia in a fully remote role. You will build relationships, understand customer needs, and drive sales growth from a remote-first sales environment.

You should have a track record in pharmaceutical sales, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting territory targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales or related field (2+ years preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed territory sales targets for assigned pharmaceutical products.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies within your territory.
• Educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and clinical applications of our pharmaceutical offerings.
• Effectively communicate product value propositions, handle objections, and close sales to drive revenue growth.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports, market feedback, and competitive intelligence to management through virtual channels.
