Job summary
Worley is seeking an experienced Hydrology Engineer for mining infrastructure projects in Indonesia. You will perform hydrological assessments, catchment analyses, and rainfall-runoff evaluations to inform design criteria and drainage systems.
The role requires strong modelling skills (HEC-HMS/HEC-RAS/SWMM/MIKE), good English communication, and collaboration with civil, environmental, and mining engineers. Full-time employment based in Sulawesi Tenggara.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering with hydrology focus.
- 8–12+ years of relevant hydrology experience.
- Experience in mining infrastructure projects preferred.
- Experience on PMC/EPCM/EPC/Owner’s Engineer projects is a plus.
- Strong capability in rainfall analysis and catchment modelling.
Responsibilities
- Perform and review hydrological assessments for mining infrastructure.
- Conduct catchment analysis to identify drainage paths and flood areas.
- Assess rainfall runoff and determine peak flows and design criteria.
- Develop and review hydrological models for stormwater and drainage.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated water management.
