Job summary

Johnson Controls Indonesia is seeking a skilled Service Technician to support our building services portfolio. You will perform preventative maintenance, installation, commissioning, and repair of HVAC systems for commercial and data center environments, ensuring safety and reliability.

You will communicate with customers, document results, and maintain detailed records. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of HVAC experience, a valid driver's license, and strong diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
• 5+ years of commercial and data center HVAC experience.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Proficient electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read schematics and work plans.
• Ability to work after hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' residences in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform installation, testing and commissioning, contract maintenance service, breakdown troubleshooting and repair of HVAC equipment per manuals.
• Diagnose HVAC systems with electrical and mechanical defects and perform repairs.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety.
• Document and submit service reports and timesheets.
