Job summary

KBR Technical Services is seeking an HSSE Principal Specialist in Indonesia. The role focuses on leading HSE input into large-scale projects, training teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include audits, incident investigations, and development of safety procedures. Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills as essential assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety or HSE related discipline.
• 5-7+ years HSE experience including Oil & Gas Onshore/LNG experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Multi-lingual with good understanding of Indonesian and English.
• Self-starter with proactive attitude and influencing skills with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with engineering safety and construction to ensure appropriate HSE leadership and input into project activities and deliverables.
• Identify, plan and conduct training, including weekly HSE inductions and 'Zero Harm' training.
• Prepare employees for field visits by providing training and PPE.
• Reduce HSSE risk to ALARP.

Education
