Job summary

Alcon Indonesia is seeking a Manager - Health, Safety & Environment Management to lead site HSE programs, ensuring compliance with local and international standards while safeguarding employees and the surrounding community. You will develop and implement environmental and safety policies, conduct risk assessments, investigations, CAPA, and oversee training plans to build a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
5 years of HSE experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
At least 2 years in an HSE Manager or equivalent leadership role.
Excellent verbal and written English communication across organizational levels.
AK3 Umum (AK3U) certification is mandatory.
Proven ability to establish and improve HSE management systems.
Experience developing HSE governance frameworks, policies and SOPs.
Experience leading regulatory compliance programs and interfacing with authorities.
Experience in risk assessments, incident investigations, CAPA.

Responsibilities

Create and implement comprehensive HSE programs to prevent injuries and environmental incidents.
Inspect workplace and environmental incidents and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with internal and external HSE requirements.
Develop and manage HSE training plans for employees.
Engage with community, environmental groups and stakeholders.
Lead HSE team and influence site leadership to achieve objectives.
