Job summary

Alcon, a leading global eye care company, is seeking a Manager, Health, Safety & Environment (Professional Path) to oversee the Site HSE Management System and drive improvements across the organization.

You will develop and implement comprehensive HSE programs to prevent injuries and environmental incidents, lead audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and train teams. Collaboration with communities and stakeholders is essential to enhance overall safety culture and achieve strategic HSE goals.

Qualifications

• 5 years of HSE experience in multinational manufacturing.
• Experience as HSE Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• AK3 Umum (AK3U) certification is mandatory.
• Experience developing HSE governance frameworks, policies and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Site HSE Management System and drive improvements.
• Create and implement comprehensive health, safety and environmental programs to prevent injuries and incidents.
• Inspect workplace and environmental incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements and regulators.
• Develop and manage training plans for environmental and employee health & safety.
• Maintain relationships with community, environmental groups, and other stakeholders impacted by the organization.
