Job summary

Kraft Heinz ABC Indonesia is seeking an HRIS Deployment Senior Analyst to drive Time & Scheduling rollout across our Indonesian factories. You will execute deployment activities, validate templates, and collaborate with global COEs and technology teams to harmonize policies.

In this project-based role, you will maintain deployment documentation, track KPIs, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and successful adoption of Time & Attendance solutions in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Time & Attendance and scheduling processes; exposure to production planning or factory operations preferred.
• Strong skills in data gathering, testing coordination, and process documentation.
• Problem-solving and adaptability to manage project changes and execution priorities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Technology, or related field (advanced qualifications optional).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Project-based role: This position will support the deployment of Time & Scheduling solutions in Indonesia and is expected to conclude upon project completion.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing and deployment activities to validate new Time & Scheduling tools and processes during rollout.
• Prepare and maintain deployment documentation, including test scripts, configuration details, and status reports.
• Assist in local implementation of “One Best Way” standards, ensuring alignment to global processes and templates for Indonesia factories.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support change plans, track completion against timelines, and resolve issues during execution.
• Monitor and track KPIs related to process efficiency, testing success, and adoption metrics to ensure project objectives are met.
• Collaborate with global teams (COEs, technology) to support integrated solutions and policy harmonization for Time & Attendance processes.
• Support continuous improvement efforts through observation and execution feedback during deployment phases.
