Job summary

GoTo Group, Indonesia's leading digital ecosystem, seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst to drive the digitalization of the HR ecosystem. You will own Workday Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Security, and system integration, shaping scalable HR processes.

You will collaborate with HR and IT to analyze requirements, configure modules, ensure data integrity, and deliver process improvements. The role suits a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Workday configuration and other HR systems.
Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows; translate requirements into HRIS solutions.
Excellent project management and problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of HR policies and how to integrate them into HRIS.
Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively; Workday HCM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate and administer Workday as the HRIS platform, leading Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Security, and integrations.
Troubleshoot HRIS issues arising from day-to-day HR operations and advise on best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement system-driven solutions.
Configure HRIS modules and workflows, and integrate with Payroll, ATS, Finance for seamless data flows.
Manage user access and data security to ensure privacy compliance.
Monitor HR data quality and integrity, perform corrections and preventive measures.
Document and maintain HRIS process workflows for efficiency and compliance.
Provide training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS usage.
