Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails by logging activities and routing to appropriate teams.
• Resolve queries with accuracy, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Make data changes to employee information in Workday and file supporting documents.
• Support on HR projects and ensure compliance with data privacy and COBC policies.
• Provide translation support as required and maintain clear audit trails.
