Responsibilities

• Delivers service to agreed performance levels and beyond, coordinating with teams.
• Processes incoming calls and emails into activities, redirecting as needed.
• Resolves queries with investigation and customer interaction.
• Makes immediate data changes to employee information in systems.
• Subject matter expert on Workday and HR tools; supports process improvements.
