Job summary

PHINTRACO GROUP in Jakarta is seeking an experienced HR Operation Manager to lead our HR Operations. You will align HR activities with business goals and foster a high-performance culture across the company.

You should have a minimum of 5 years in HR, with 2–3 years in management, strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, HRIS, and MS Office, plus excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, HRM, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of proven HR experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues; ensuring compliance with Indonesian Labor Laws (Omnibus Law/UU Cipta Kerja).
• Drive the performance appraisal system (KPIs/OKRs) to monitor and improve employee productivity.
• Develop and update company regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Implement company policies regarding employment and labor relations.
• Oversee and manage overall HR Operations activities.
• Responsible for the submission and payment requests of medical claims.
• Prepare and manage all monthly reports related to HR Operations activities.
• Responsible for the accurate and timely execution of employee payroll company-wide.
• Drive and oversee the implementation of Corporate Culture for all employees.
• Responsible for issuing official employment-related letters within the company.
• Draft and issue Internal Memos for all divisions.
