Job summary

Electrum is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to strengthen organizational capability across our electric two‑wheeler operations. You will partner with leaders on workforce planning, performance, and talent development, delivering practical learning programs for field teams.

The role requires hands‑on training and development experience and a track record of working with frontline and technical teams in manufacturing or automotive contexts. Based in Jakarta, you will drive impact across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Education or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Hands-on HR Business Partner or people-development experience with ownership of business-facing initiatives.
• Proven experience designing, delivering and evaluating training and development programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate operational priorities into workforce, organization and people-development plans.
• Identify staffing and capability gaps, improve hiring requirements, onboarding and workforce readiness.
• Coach managers on performance expectations, feedback and employee development.
• Support performance reviews, probation evaluations and improvement plans with clear expectations.
• Manage employee-relations matters with confidentiality and policy alignment.
• Use workforce data to identify issues and recommend practical actions.
• Conduct training-needs assessments and develop prioritized learning plans.
• Develop structured learning materials, on-the-job training guides and competency matrices.
• Facilitate training and coaching sessions; train-the-trainer programs.
• Establish learning pathways for employees progressing into lead, supervisor and manager roles.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through workplace application and outcomes.
