Posisi ini melibatkan pengelolaan CRM HubSpot, penyusunan presentasi penjualan yang responsif, serta nurturing hubungan dengan pemangku kepentingan utama untuk mencapai target pendapatan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in business development or sales in the digital sales sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing market trends and various media channels.
• Proficiency in tech solutions relevant to the market.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: identify and pursue new business opportunities in key sectors.
• Networking: attend industry events to build connections with marketing and tech leaders.
• Outreach: develop and implement a consistent outreach strategy to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Client Engagement: build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers and understand their needs.
• Sales Presentations: prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals.
• Pipeline Management: oversee pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate with media, creative, data, marketing and specialist teams.
• Contract Coordination: manage contract coordination between clients, legal and finance teams.
• CRM Management: use Hubspot to keep accurate records of interactions and progression.
• Reporting and Projections: provide updates on sales activities and performance.
• Revenue Growth: meet or exceed annual targets.
• Mentorship: guide junior team members.
