Job summary

MonetizeMore is seeking a Group Product Manager to mentor a team of PMs and own the Advanced Ads product. You will drive strategy, growth, and end-to-end execution within a world-class Product Operating Model, aligning value delivery with customer outcomes across a global publisher base.

You will lead continuous discovery, prioritize ROI-based roadmaps, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure successful adoption and monetization of features.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management with 3+ years mentoring PMs.
• Experience in ad tech, SaaS, or WordPress ecosystem is a plus.
• Data-driven decision making with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and standardize product operating model across PMs.
• Coach PMs to improve craft, execution, and strategic thinking.
• Drive strategy, growth, and execution for Advanced Ads.
• Translate business goals into measurable product outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Growth to drive adoption.
• Define long-term vision for Advanced Ads and monetization.
