Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams across multiple ground-up construction and renovation projects. You will oversee from initiation through completion, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and client stakeholders, while tracking financials and schedules.

This hybrid role requires about 35% on-site work at project sites in Idaho, with the remainder from home, focusing on delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years in project management across design and ground-up construction.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations.
• Proficiency with MS Office, project scheduling software, and web-based applications.
• Familiar with architectural drawings, FF&E specs, design/space planning, and construction costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple ground-up construction programs.
• Oversee projects from initiation through completion, including design, planning, permits, and closeout.
• Provide weekly status updates on schedule, budget, and risks to stakeholders.
