Job summary

PT Moladin Finance Indonesia is seeking a senior leader to oversee Area Managers and regional teams, driving growth and portfolio quality across SME lending.

The role develops and executes SME financing strategies aligned with corporate objectives, expands lending via partnerships and distribution networks, and ensures risk, credit quality, and portfolio performance are maintained. Collaborative leadership across Credit, Risk, Operations and Product is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in SME Banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead Area Managers and regional teams to achieve business growth and portfolio quality targets.
• Develop and execute SME financing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Drive expansion of SME lending through partnerships and distribution networks.
• Ensure credit quality, risk management, and portfolio performance are maintained.
• Build a strong performance culture with clear KPIs, accountability, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Operations, and Product teams to scale sustainably.
