Job summary

PT Moladin Finance Indonesia is seeking a senior leader to oversee Area Managers and regional teams, driving growth and portfolio quality across SME lending.

The role develops and executes SME financing strategies aligned with corporate objectives, expands lending via partnerships and distribution networks, and ensures risk, credit quality, and portfolio performance are maintained. Collaborative leadership across Credit, Risk, Operations and Product is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in SME Banking.

Requirements

Proven experience leading Area Managers orRegional Heads across multiple regions.

Strong knowledge of SME market dynamics in Indonesia, including secured and/or productive lending.

Demonstrated leadership, execution, and people development skills.

Extensive network within SME ecosystem (entrepreneurs, dealers, agents, partners, or local business communities).

Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
