This leadership role requires a proven track record in B2B sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a team through changing market conditions. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus for international customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• 10+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in shipping or logistics.
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in shipping or maritime industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead and develop a sales team in a dynamic market.
