Job summary

HSBC Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) Securities Services in Jakarta is seeking an experienced fund operations professional to support pension, mutual, and discretionary funds. You will manage fund operations, perform NAV calculations, and ensure timely reporting for clients.

The role requires deep knowledge of fund accounting, regulatory compliance with OJK/KSEI/IDX, and collaboration with Global Market, Operations Payment, and Finance teams to deliver high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience with an accounting background
• Understanding of pension/mutual/discretionary fund portfolio valuation and accounting procedures
• Knowledge of settlement of fixed income and equity securities
• Familiarity with OJK, KSEI, IDX and related regulatory procedures
• Ability to work with Global Market, Operations Payment and Finance teams

Responsibilities

• Administer Pension/Mutual/Discretionary Fund operations
• Day to day accounting bookings and valuations yielding the NAV
• Compliance checking for the fund maintained
• Prepare tax provision as requested by Fund Managers/client
• Provide high quality services to clients and respond to enquiries
