Job summary

The role requires 3-5 years of accounting experience, familiarity with fund portfolios, and knowledge of regulatory requirements. You will interact with Global Market, Operations Payment, and Finance teams to deliver reliable client service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant experience with Accounting background.
• Understanding of Pension/Mutual/Discretionary fund valuation and accounting procedures.
• Knowledge in settlement of fixed income and equity securities instruments.
• Understand the OJK, KSEI, IDX, Tax office, and Market procedures, practices, and regulations.
• Understand the role and interaction with Global Market, Operations Payment, and Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Administer Pension/Mutual/Discretionary Fund operations including executing fund manager/client instructions daily.
• Day-to-day accounting bookings and valuations to yield the NAV at day end.
• Compliance checking for the individual fund maintained.
• Prepare tax provision as requested by Fund Managers/clients.
• Provide high quality services to clients by maintaining relationships and responding to inquiries.
