Job summary

Mekari in Jakarta, Indonesia, is hiring a Software Engineer who will develop front-end and back-end components for our SaaS products. You will collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions using Vue.js on the front end and Go on the back end, within containerized deployments.

You will work with DevOps, practice CI/CD and TDD, and help shape architecture with microservices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 year software engineering experience in a team setting.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Vue.js front-end and Go back-end.
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker Swarm).
• Collaboration with product teams and stakeholders on technical development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, TDD, code reviews, and microservices patterns.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop front-end & back-end components impacting thousands of businesses.
• Collaborate with Product Manager and stakeholders to create customer-centric solutions.
• Work with Technical Program Manager on design, test, release, and support cycles.
• Coordinate with DevOps to maintain containerized applications in CI/CD pipelines.
• Document technical requirements, deployments, and post-mortems for knowledge sharing.
