Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on testing and automation.
• Proficiency in at least one front-end platform or framework (e.g., React, Next.js for web; SwiftUI or UIKit for iOS; Kotlin or Java for Android).
• Experience with multiplatform frameworks such as Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform or React Native is a plus.
• Solid experience with unit testing frameworks and tools relevant to your platform (e.g., Jest, XCTest, Espresso, etc.) and a strong grasp of test-driven development principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of front-end architectures to elevate user engagement and set industry standards.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective testing strategies for high-quality deliverables.
• Advocate for industry best practices in front-end development and contribute to quality engineering leadership.
• Work with backend engineers to develop integration and performance testing solutions.
• Continuously assess and optimize front-end processes using data-driven insights.
