Job summary

IFG Group is seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Leader in Indonesia to drive the development of digital transaction interfaces across multiple apps. You will lead a frontend team, translate product specs into robust UI, and coordinate closely with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration.

The role requires 8+ years of frontend experience, expertise in ReactJS/Next.js/TypeScript, and willingness to work on-site in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of frontend development experience, including leading a team.
• Proficient in ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, NextAuth.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Familiar with React Hook Form and Yup; experience with Axios, API Routes, and Node.js.
• Understanding of ESLint and Prettier.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO).

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend development work and mentor the team.
• Analyze specifications and coordinate with product/user teams.
• Oversee implementation of UI/UX designs into HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Ensure responsiveness and consistency across browsers and mobile platforms.
