• Introduce the company and services to customers and build ongoing relationships.
• Demonstrate products and services and provide consultative solutions.
• Understand customer objectives and align products/services accordingly.
• Develop proposals and quotations for clients and resolve issues.
• Coordinate sales efforts with overseas offices, operations and customer service.
• Maintain business development and present reviews to clients.
• Analyze market potential and value of existing and potential clients.
• Manage account receivables to ensure timely payments and profitability.
• Create and implement quality objectives for the Sales Department.
