Job summary

PT SGMW MOTOR INDONESIA (Wuling Motors) Bekasi is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee the on-site security team and fire safety officers, ensuring SOP compliance and effective emergency preparedness.

The role requires over 5 years in Security/HSE/Fire Protection, exposure to automotive manufacturing, and strong English and MS Office skills. You will coordinate with contractors, government agencies, and internal teams to maintain high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in Security/HSE/Fire Protection.
• Exposure to automotive manufacturing area.
• Familiar with local HSE/Fire regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily performance of the security team and fire safety officers according to SOPs.
• Manage fire service outsourcing operations.
• Coordinate with construction sectors to improve fire safety.
• Coordinate daily work of fire protection committees.
• Plan and participate in emergency evacuation and preparedness.
• Organize plant-wide fire inspections and ensure compliance.
• Implement GMS standards across the plant.
