Job summary

POP MART is seeking an experienced Accountant to support daily finance operations in Jakarta. You will handle vendor payments, cash flow, inter‑company transfers, and expense reviews while ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax rules and internal controls.

The role requires VAT expertise, Coretax experience, and LKPM familiarity. Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills are essential in a multinational retail context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance operations experience.
• Strong Indonesian VAT knowledge and tax documentation.
• Experience with Coretax or similar tax-reporting systems.
• Familiarity with LKPM reporting preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/banking systems.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and vendor payments per approval matrix.
• Oversee petty cash, cash advances, and reimbursements.
• Maintain treasury and cash flow records, performs inter‑company transfers.
• Support tax administration, VAT invoicing, and Coretax uploads.
• Prepare LKPM and regulatory reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure internal controls, documentation, and audit readiness.
