Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a detail-oriented finance administrator to manage daily financial transactions and basic bookkeeping for operations in Jakarta. The role requires a D3 or Bachelor’s in relevant field, data entry experience, and strong Excel skills.

You will ensure accurate invoicing, data reconciliation, and secure handling of confidential information while coordinating with internal teams. Fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome; weekend or holiday coverage may be required

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/BA or related field.
• Experience in finance administration, general administration, or data entry; fresh grads welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with basic formulas, VLOOKUP, SUMIF or Pivot Tables.
• Basic understanding of invoicing, data reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
• Detail-oriented, organized, high integrity, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Willingness to work on weekends/public holidays if required by operations.

Responsibilities

• Record and manage daily financial transactions and basic bookkeeping for operations.
• Prepare, verify, and archive financial documents (invoices, receipts, vouchers, payment proofs).
• Perform financial data reconciliation and coordinate with internal teams and external partners on document accuracy.
• Ensure all financial administration processes comply with SOPs and company policies.
• Input, process, and maintain financial and administrative data using Ms. Excel.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company financial data.
