Job summary

PT Orcid Mantis Indonesia seeks a Senior Finance & Accounting professional to join the Finance & Accounting Department, reporting to the Finance/Accounting Manager. The role ensures accurate, complete, and timely financial transaction recording, and leads monthly and annual closing processes, including reconciliations and tax compliance.

You will coordinate with other departments, maintain data integrity, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• S1 in Accounting or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software FINA/Accurate.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial transaction recording is accurate, complete, and on time.
• Execute monthly and annual closing processes according to schedule.
• Perform account reconciliations and prepare balance sheet breakdowns.
• Understand and execute tax obligations (PPh Article 23, Article 21, and Final Article 4 paragraph 2).
• Calculate incentives per company policy.
• Conduct monthly inventory stock opname and reconcile with records.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as directed by supervisor.

Job description

Senior Finance & Accounting role within the Finance & Accounting Department, reporting to the Finance/Accounting Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate, complete, and timely financial transaction recording, executing monthly and annual closing processes, and managing accounting reconciliations and tax compliance.

Key responsibilities

Ensure financial transaction recording is conducted accurately, completely, and on time

Execute monthly and annual closing processes according to company-established schedules

Perform account reconciliation on balance sheet and prepare account balance sheet breakdowns

Understand and execute tax obligations, particularly PPh Article 23, PPh Article 21, and PPh Final Article 4 paragraph (2)

Calculate incentives in accordance with company provisions and policies

Conduct monthly inventory stock opname and ensure recording results match actual conditions

Execute additional tasks or assignments (ad hoc assignment) as directed by supervisor

About you

Minimum S1 degree in Accounting

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software FINA and/or Accurate

High attention to detail (detail-oriented) in data and document processing

Master fundamental accounting, account reconciliation, financial closing, and related tax administration

Accuracy and precision in recording and data processing

Analytical capability and problem-solving ability

Time management and ability to meet deadlines

Integrity, responsibility, and compliance with company procedures

Ability to coordinate with related departments
