Aufgaben

• Lead, direct, and supervise the accounting team to ensure all work is completed accurately and on time
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial reports and supporting documents
• Ensure transaction recording, journal entries, reconciliation, and closing processes run smoothly
• Oversee cash, bank, payables, receivables, inventory, and operational expense recording and reconciliation
• Monitor accounting systems and ensure data consistency between systems, transaction documents, and related departments
• Identify recording errors, data inconsistencies, and potential financial risks and ensure follow-up actions
• Develop and evaluate SOPs and improve the effectiveness of the company's internal control systems
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and other related departments to ensure data accuracy
• Present financial reports and analysis to management as a basis for decision-making
• Conduct team performance evaluations and ensure compliance with established procedures and deadlines

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in accounting; experience leading or supervising a team is an advantage
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting processes and ability to independently prepare financial reports
• Good understanding of reconciliation, closing, internal controls, and inventory recording
• Experienced in using accounting software or ERP and Microsoft Excel
• Good analytical skills and ability to identify and resolve problems systematically
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and team management skills
• Detail-oriented, firm, responsible, integrity-driven, and able to work to targets and deadlines
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or trading companies is an advantage
