Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a results-driven professional in Jakarta to manage end-user relationships and drive project opportunities within Pertamina’s network. You will secure specifications, map stakeholders, and coordinate with EPC and sales teams to convert opportunities into orders.

You will engage early in planning stages, influence project direction, and ensure alignment with Schneider Electric solutions while building a sustainable, long-term client partnership in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key E&C end users, particularly Pertamina and its subsidiaries
• Drive and secure Schneider Electric product specifications within customer standards and AML
• Identify and monitor Pertamina projects from early planning through execution to build a robust pipeline
• Map Pertamina stakeholders and decision-making processes to tailor engagement strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and develop account strategies aligned with E&C priorities
• Collaborate with EPC, NS Sales, specification, marketing, product and technical teams to execute account plans and report on progression
