Job summary

HIKMAT in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Senior Fashion Designer to lead and develop collections from concept to production. You will conduct trend research, select fabrics and trims, and ensure alignment with brand requirements and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Fashion Design with 5+ years in garment manufacturing, strong design software skills, and proven leadership abilities in a team setting. Experience in women's wear or Muslim fashion is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in garment manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, garment construction, fabrics, patterns, and apparel production processes.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to develop collections from concept to production.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in women's wear, dresses, or Muslim fashion is an advantage.
